01 / Who operates this website

02 / What information we process
When you register or sign in, the account system processes your email address and authentication information. Account recovery involves a time-limited email verification code. Technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser information, and authentication events may also be processed by hosting and authentication providers for security and service operation.
03 / Why information is used
DETAILS TO BE VERIFIEDAccount details are used to provide access to the client area, authenticate users, help recover accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain service security. The specific GDPR lawful basis for each processing purpose must be documented in the final notice.
04 / Authentication and service providers
Starbound currently uses Supabase for account authentication and Resend for account-related email delivery. Their precise processing roles, hosting regions, data transfer arrangements, and contractual safeguards require verification before final publication.
05 / Hosting, support and billing information
DETAILS TO BE VERIFIEDThe server-management interface is under development. Data associated with servers, support requests, logs, payments, and any future billing system will be described here when the actual services and processors are confirmed. Paid orders are not currently available.
06 / Cookies and browser storage
DETAILS TO BE VERIFIEDSign-in systems may use browser storage or session tokens to maintain authentication. A final inventory of cookies, local storage, analytics, and any optional tracking is needed before making definitive claims about consent requirements.
